How this website uses your data
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This page explains what happens to your data when you visit en-stream.com, and how to reach us about it.
Who we are
This website presents En-Stream, an industrial IoT product by UTF Labs. When this page says "we", it means the En-Stream team.
Usage analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website: which pages they read, how they found us, and where the site is hard to use. We use what we learn to improve the website. The reports show visits in aggregate and don't tell us who you are.
What they collect
Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search engine or a link), your device type, browser and screen size, your approximate location (country or city), and a few actions such as clicking a Request a Demo button, opening the video or sending the contact form.
Microsoft Clarity records how you use each page, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and can show a visit as a replay or a heatmap. Everything typed into the contact form is masked, so Clarity never sees it.
Cookies
Both services store cookies in your browser so they can tell a returning visitor from a new one: Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga, and Clarity uses cookies such as _clck and _clsk. They hold random identifiers, not your name or contact details.
The contact form
What you type into the contact form is sent to us by email through Web3Forms, a form service, so that we can reply. It is never sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity: they only learn that a form was sent and which industry you picked.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, browse in a private window, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The website works the same without them.

How long data is kept
Google Analytics keeps event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. Microsoft Clarity keeps session replays for 30 days (13 months for replays we label or mark as favourites) and heatmaps for 13 months. After that, the data is deleted.
