Pump, motor and utility monitoring for chemical and fertilizer plants

Continuous processes depend on pumps, motors and utilities that can't stop without warning. En-Stream watches them live through the PLCs, VFDs and meters you already have, and warns your team before a fault becomes a shutdown.

The problem

What makes continuous processes hard to watch

  1. An unplanned stop is expensive

When a critical pump or motor trips, a continuous process may have to shut down and restart, which can cost more than the repair itself.

  2. Machine data stays in the control room

PLCs show the process, but energy and machine health data rarely reaches maintenance and management.

  3. Utilities run in the background

Compressed air, cooling water pumps, boilers and generators use energy all day, often without anyone measuring how much.

What to measure

Readings that matter in a chemical or fertilizer plant

En-Stream reads these from your existing meters, drives and controllers, or from sensors wired to a gateway.

  • Pump and motor health

Current, speed and fault data from the VFDs and motors on pumps, compressors and agitators.

  • Pressure, flow and temperature

From transmitters on a gateway's 0–20 mA or 0–10 V inputs, with alarms on the limits you set.

  • Power per section and utility

kW and kWh from energy meters per plant section, utility or large drive.

  • Boiler gas and fuel

Gas and fuel used by boilers and generators, next to electricity.

  • Compressed air

Flow, pressure and compressor power, so leaks and abnormal demand show up early.

Dashboards

    Alarms & Alerts

Alarms on pump faults, abnormal current or pressure limits, sent to the right person the moment they happen.

    Utilities

Boiler gas, fuel and compressed air next to electricity for the whole plant.

FAQ

Chemical and fertilizer monitoring FAQ

Does En-Stream replace our control system?

No. En-Stream reads data from the PLCs, VFDs, meters and sensors you already run, and adds monitoring, alerts and analysis on top.

How does predictive maintenance work on pumps and motors?

En-Stream watches readings from motors, VFDs, pumps and other equipment. Its AI spots trends that come before a failure and alerts your team early, so maintenance can be planned instead of reacting to breakdowns.

Can the data stay on our own servers?

Yes. Run En-Stream on its hosted platform or on your own on-premises servers.

Do we need to stop production to install it?

No. Gateways connect to the meters, drives and controllers you already have. Most sites take 1–3 days on site, and larger plants are installed in phases, so production never stops.
